When you open this site, your browser sends technical data that our hosting provider stores in server log files: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, your browser and your operating system. This is necessary to deliver the site and keep it secure and stable, and the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating a functional, secure website. Log entries are deleted or anonymised after seven days. Hosting is provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, which processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR; the servers are located within the European Union, so no transfer to a third country takes place.

Beyond that, this site collects nothing. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising networks and builds no profiles of visitors — which is why you will not find a cookie banner here, as there would be nothing to consent to. All fonts are served from our own server, so no connection is made to Google Fonts or any other third-party font service.

This site links to Discord and Patreon. These are plain links — no content from those services is embedded and nothing is transmitted to them while you browse here. Only when you click such a link does your browser connect to that provider, at which point their own privacy policies apply.

You have the right to obtain information about the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15), to have it corrected (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17), to restrict its processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the one responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 27, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
